Grain Management

For deals including MIRA and Aware Super’s joint acquisition of Australian fibre operator Vocus Group valued at A$4.6bn (US$3.32bn); the merger of Vocus’ New Zealand unit Orcon with 2degrees to create a A$2.5bn (US$1.72bn) company; the investment in Chinese datacentre operator Guangzhou Bohao Internet Service Co., Ltd.
