David Hart is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Corporate Group in London.  He coordinates the Firm’s digital infrastructure group, and has a particular focus on data center transactions.   He acts on a range of acquisitions and complex joint ventures and investments, including the establishment of Equinix’s xScale joint ventures, Gulf Data Hub’s recent strategic partnership with KKR, and European satellite operator Eutelsat’s carve-out and sale of its ground station portfolio to EQT.
