Anne is co-head of the communications subgroup for CMS internationally and is a partner in the Finance Group. Her practice covers various industry sectors with a main focus on telecoms, media and technology. Anne has advised senior lenders, junior lenders and borrowers. Having advised  euNetworks and CityFibre for many years, Anne has been involved in multiple transactions in the digital infrastructure space in the UK and in Europe, including this year on Macquarie’s acquisition of digital infrastructure from MásMovil in Spain.
