Joseph (“Joe”) Malca has over 10 years of experience focused on strategic advice and M&A with an emphasis on digital infrastructure and real estate. He has executed over $100 billion in transactions over the course of his career.

 

In 2024, was exclusive advisor to SixthStreet on its investment into EdgeConneX; exclusive advisor to Vertical Bridge on its $3.3bn acquisition of Verizon’s 6,339 towers portfolio; advisor to TDS on the $1bn sale of USCellular’s select spectrum assets to Verizon; advisor to Uniti on its $12bn merger with Windstream; advisor to TDS on the $4.4bn sale of USCellular’s wireless operations and select spectrum assets to T-Mobile. 

 

Prior to joining Centerview, Joe worked as an attorney in the Tax Mergers & Acquisitions group at Proskauer Rose and Baker McKenzie. 

Joe graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in accounting and a JD as well as an LLM from NYU. Joe lives in New York City with his wife and child.
