Michael Bird is the CFO for Vodafone Investments, with responsibilities for Vodafone’s non wholly owned assets globally, which includes VodafoneZiggo, TPG Telecom, Vantage Towers and OXG, and Vodafone’s partner market operations. He was previously Group M&A Director leading Vodafone’s M&A execution across its global footprint including the IPO and subsequent take private of Vantage Towers, creation of OXG GmbH, Vodafone UK’s merger with 3 UK, divestments of Vodafone Hungary, Vodafone Spain and Vodafone Italy.
