As chief financial officer of Vantage Data Centers’ EMEA business, Nick leads the Accounting, FP&A and tax functions of the London based business. Nick has more than 25 years of experience with expertise in M&A, business transformations and Private Equity backed sales and acquisitions across IT infrastructure, Foreign Exchange and Digital Payments businesses.

 

Before joining Vantage Nick spent 8.5 years as Chief Finance and Operating Office at the Moneycorp Group, a London based leading fintech payments company. Having joined Moneycorp in 2012 on the back of Royal Bank of Scotland’s private equity division buying the company Nick lead the transformation of the business through M&A and organic development across North America, Latin America, APAC and EMEA including the refinancing of the business and sale to Bridgepoint Partners in 2014.

 

Prior to Moneycorp Nick was General Manager of MasterCard’s Global Prepaid Currency Card business, ‘Access Prepaid’ where he led the sale of this business from Travelex to MasterCard in 2011 for $500m. His roles at Travelex included CFO of the firm’s global outsourcing division where he served many global banks with foreign exchange, insurance and currently solutions.

 

Nick also currently serves as a NED and Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee at Lumon Payments, a Pollen Street Capital portfolio company.
