Solange Rollheiser is a seasoned telecommunications executive with a proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in the industry. Previously VP Operator Business at Telavox, Solange led the channel segment, focused on globally expanding Televox's cloud-native mobile UCaaS solution among Telco Operators. In this role, she oversaw the development and execution of channel strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion. She also built and led a high-performing sales team across Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery to customers.

With a background at Ericsson spanning several roles and responsibilities, Solange served as Key Account Manager and president in Central America & Caribbean where oversaw projects covering Ericsson's broad portfolio, including Radio, NFVI Core, OSS/BSS and Managed Services. She played a crucial role in the Global Customer Unit America Movil, where she designed technical and commercial strategies for 5G deployment across 18 countries of the group. Earlier in her career she also contributed significantly to commercial management, finance, and business models development both in the Latam Region and the Business Unit.
