As a co-founder and CEO of Connect Fibre, Stefan has been instrumental in expanding the company's presence across the North East Midlands, Cambridge, and Essex over the past three years, securing BDUK contracts in Derbyshire and North East Staffordshire that have bolstered the company's growth.

Almost two years ago, Stefan also stepped into the role of interim CEO at Lightning Fibre in Eastbourne. Under his leadership, the company has undergone a remarkable transformation, now operating as a stable and highly successful entity. Stefan's strategic vision and leadership capabilities continue to drive success and innovation in both altnets.

Early in his career, he distinguished himself as the first consultant at Analysys Mason, establishing the financial dd and transaction support line of business that became a market leader in Europe. He also has business interests in LoRaWAN IoT (the Netmore Group) and in hyperscale fibre.
