Speaker Profile

Dr. Ulrich Loewer, known as Uli, has been an EY-Parthenon partner since 2020, bringing over 20 years of experience in Strategy, Technology, Media and Entertainment, Telecommunications (TMT), and Digital Infrastructure. Since joining EY in 2018, Uli has led more than 150 TMT strategy and commercial due diligence projects for operators and investors, with a focus on 5G, IoT, fiber networks, telecom towers, and data centers.

Prior to his tenure at EY, Uli served as Vice President of Strategy at Ericsson, where he was responsible for the strategy of several European business units. He also worked with the executive team and shareholders of Arqiva, driving strategic growth and transformation. Earlier in his career while with Bain and Kearny, Uli advised a range of TMT clients on growth and technology strategy, regulatory economics, spectrum valuation, and operational excellence.

Uli holds a PhD in Digital Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, along with two other degrees from German universities.
