Speaker Profile

Victor Pons Mesman is the CFO at Lyntia Networks, a role he has held since January 2023, and he is responsible of the M&A and planning activities. 

 

Lyntia Networks is the leading neutral network operator in Spain, with over 45 thousand kilometers of networks. Lyntia Networks is mainly focused on the provision of dark fiber and capacity services. 

 

Victor has over 20 years of experience in finance, M&A, and strategy, primarily in the Energy and Telecommunication sectors. Throughout his career, Victor has been the CFO of Nedgia, the largest gas distribution company in Spain, directed the renewable M&A practice at Naturgy, and was a Vice President at Societe Generale’s corporate finance team. Victor holds an AMP degree from IESE and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
